Kristina and I have used Joyce for many of our listings. We were actually introduced to her through one of our investors who used Joyce to stage the first home she flipped. Joyce did a wonderful job and we believe the property sold for a higher price and in a much quicker amount of time because of how beautifully the house was staged. Our investor is now on her 4th house all staged by Joyce! What we like so much about Joyce is the quick response we get when we need her. One example I can give off the top of my head is when we had a bachelor listing with us. We went over to take pictures and realized we needed help! We called her and asked if she would be able to come out ASAP and she did! Kristy and I tried explaining to our seller that the house needed tweaking at the very least and we couldn’t get through to him. Joyce showed up soon after we called and was able to get him to see the value of staging his property. Joyce explained that he needed to see his house through the eyes of the buyer and the importance of getting the property in the best possible shape to sell. He was only willing to do a accessory package but the transformation was incredible! If you want a stager that will provide excellent service and do a very wonderful job very quickly-Joyce is your stager!
