Joyce Raque is an innovative and dynamic home stager, bringing an unparalleled, energetic approach to staging Cleveland area homes.  She is proud to be the first nationally Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) in Lake County, Ohio. Joyce also received her Masters (ASPM®) in staging, and is an internationally accredited stager (IAHSP®).  She has enjoyed creating staging success stories across the country.  With over 22 years in the design industry, Joyce brings a level of expertise to every home staging project.

 

The Company

Ten years ago, Joyce formed Homes Staged Right. She merges talent and inventory to become a leading staging company in the Cleveland area.

Joyce at HSR completed additional training to receive the highest national staging designation of Accredited Staging Professional Master®(ASPM) from the Master of Home Staging, Barb Schwarz. Barb is recognized around the world as The Creator of Home Staging, which she invented in the early 1970’s.  The Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) designation is the only staging designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors®. In addition to her designations of Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Owned Specialist® (ASPREO), Accredited Staging Professional Senior Relocation Specialist® (ASPSRS), and International Association of Home Staging Professionals Premier® (IAHSP Premier), this makes HSR one of the most qualified stagers in the area.
